Terms & Conditions

1. Serious buyers only.
2. All items sold are brand new and in excellent condition. 
3. No refunds and exchanges after transaction are done.
4. For only specific reason we will be accepted to change.
5. We will not be held any responsible for any lost and damage during delivery.
6. Item(s) colour might vary slightly from displayed photos due to different computer monitor resolutions.
7. Payment must be made within 3 days, unless we notice you.
8. We only accepted Maybank ATM transfer.
9. Purchase up to 5 items or more than RM200 will get RM10 rebate for it.
10. Postage fees are fixed. 
11. COD only in Penang.
12.  Buyers need to know the T&C well.
13. Fill in the order form here; we will reply you within 24 hours.
14. After fill in the order form, please leave your message at our message box.

Pre-order Policy

1. To confirm your order, 100% payment has to be made before the closing date.
2. Order will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment before the closing date.
3. Once full payment has been made, please send us a message at our message box.
4. Items are ordered and imported from overseas, and will usually take 2 weeks or more to reach at our warehouse.
5. All pre-order items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Attention
To all dear buyers, please forgive us if you can't receive our message on time. This does not mean we don't want to reply you, please give us some time to reply you. You can resend again your order form for us. So we can be notified that. TQ!
